Warning and Guidance is Mercy: Do Not Take It For Granted

We are a blessed and highly favored people. Allah has Come and chosen among us One to Represent His Word, His Will and His Way among us; the Honorable Elijah Muhammad. The Honorable Elijah Muhammad did not believe that it would take decades to reach us because the truth He was given by Allah, and gives to us, is so plain and clear. Out of the abundance of His Love; He prayed for us.

He was not satisfied with saving just a few of us; he wanted to save us all. In 1954, at our annual Saviours Day Convention, he prayed out loud for Allah to give Him a Helper in the Mission of the Resurrection of the dead. The next year, in February of 1955, His Help sat in the audience to see his Teacher for the first time. On that day, the Honorable Elijah Muhammad gave the man who would become His best helper his assignment, saying:

“Don’t listen to how I say it; listen to what I say. Then put it in that fine language that you know and come and help me.”

I bear witness that none speak a finer language than His Helper, the Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan. His Teacher told the world in the historic Theology of Time messages, that through Farrakhan, that he would get “...all of My people.” The Minister has done his part. He has made the message clear. The Holy Qur’an gives Muhammad one duty: Clear delivery of the Message of God. Surely, the Minister is delivering that Message and Allah is protecting him.

We must be careful that we do not take the Beneficence and Mercy of God as a weakness. The thing that some may perceive as weakness is in fact His strength. Allah patiently endures change. We must change, but change takes time, pain and difficulty. Allah has given to us a patient man; one who serves the one God, and the people of Allah, with an abundance of love, which is long suffering. He does not have to endure such pain... but he loves us with a Love that is Divine. Do not take His Love for granted. Here are a few of his words in the latest Final Call Newspaper:

“Witnessing the events that have transpired and are transpiring, there’s not a lot for me to say to you that I haven’t already said. It’s just that you have not been listening; you treat me like a “lovely song” …(Please read the Book of Ezekiel, Chapter 33, verses 30-33).“The Minister is coming out! Let’s hear what his song is today,” and after I speak, you applaud and then go back to your crazy way of life.I watch our moral conduct spiraling down; and I see the fratricidal conflict where Chicago is the epicenter of murder—Black-on-Black murder.Today, I want to examine not just us on our level, but where all of this is coming from, so that my young brothers and sisters will know that they are the target, and are unknowing conspirators in a plan to destroy Black youth and destroy Black people.”

I pray that we see His Messiah, His Minister, The Time and What Must Be Done properly, while we have time to change. What do you think about The Hour and this exhortation? (Reply here and/or in your actions.) May Allah grant us the Light of Understanding.
